Aircall is Healthtech-1 support phone system provider. Phone calls to our company line (020 3856 7772) are processed through their services.

Healthtech-1 controls access to the infrastructure that we use to store and process the data on the platform. We use Microsoft Azure's secure cloud hosting service to securely store and process patient data. The Azure regions used are exclusively located in the UK, for both live, test and backup environments.

CDN and web security services Cloudflare provides a Healthtech-1 with a globally distributed CDN (Content Delivery Network), DDoS mitigation, and internet security features to enhance and protect the Hub and the registration form.

Firetext is a third party gateway for the delivery of SMS messages.

Managed data pipelines to warehouses Fivetran is an ELT (extract, load and transform) data platform used for reporting purposes and to power the Analytics feature for practices. It is hosted in our own Microsoft UK Azure Server.

Google is Healthtech-1’s email provider. All requests we receive or address via @healthtech1.uk email addresses are processed through their services.

Ideal Postcodes is an address validation service, allowing Royal Mail postcode lookup. This is used for the postcode check and for returning the Royal Mail address.

Intercom provides a live chat and email communications platform that we use to speak to users who are seeking help using our products. It is available via email to support@healthtech1.uk, live chat at support.healthtech1.uk, or on our public-facing website.

Fast transactional email service

Frontend deployment and hosting platform Vercel is a GDPR assured, globally distributed network used to host the Healthtech-1 registration form and Hub. The network uses servers located close to the end user to serve content to the user with low latency regardless of their geographic location.

Weglot is a third party translation service which is used to translate the contents of the registration form web page. No patient data is transferred or stored by Weglot.
